Court room appearances have been in Superior Courts in Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, and New York, as well as the United States Federal Court, the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court, and United States Federal Court of Claims. Testimony has concentrated on the valuation of a range of properties for ad valorem, eminent domain, insurance claims, and damage awards. This courtroom experience allows the firm to provide significant litigation preparation and support for many real property legal cases.
